For more than twenty years, I trained leaders inside big companies. Sixty-five programs. Eleven countries. Six languages.

Then I moved all of it online and onto Kajabi. Same depth. New format.

I built the Club so you don't have to figure this out alone. I'll show you what works, what to skip, and how to build something that lasts.

If you’ve ever traveled abroad to lead a seminar, you know how quickly things can go wrong: one missing piece, one unclear room setup, one broken projector, or one unprepared team can change the whole experience. Without a quality plan — or, even better, a guide — you can spend your energy solving the wrong problems, trying to motivate people who are not aligned, and end up completely exhausted before the real work even begins.

Luckily, I have many stamps in my “business passport” — I’ve literally been there and done that when it comes to leading teams, building companies, selling expertise, facilitating leadership rooms, and turning complex ideas into clear systems. For many years, my business meant airplanes, hotel seminar rooms, leadership retreats, client meetings, and 80 kilos of luggage filled with flipcharts, wall visuals, name cards, markers, sticky notes, participant folders, chocolate, flowers, and everything I needed to create a beautiful learning experience.

I loved that world. I loved walking into a room, creating connection, helping people think clearly, and watching teams align around one shared goal. I worked in 11 countries, taught in six languages, founded seven companies, led 260 people as a CEO, and worked with leaders, entrepreneurs, engineers, sales teams, and project managers on real business challenges.

But through my journey, I also discovered that expertise should not only live in live rooms, on airplanes, or in one-to-one conversations. Your knowledge can become something bigger. It can become a course, a coaching program, a client hub, a membership, a digital product, or a business that supports your life instead of consuming it.

That was when I knew something new was possible.

I started learning how online business worked. I discovered Kajabi, Canva, Asana, and AI, and I realized that the same clarity I had always brought into seminar rooms could also be built into online offers, digital programs, beautiful pages, and client experiences.

I started seeing a new kind of freedom: not just travel freedom, but business freedom. The freedom to create assets from your expertise. The freedom to serve clients without always being in the room. The freedom to build something beautiful from your experience, your structure, your story, and your way of seeing the world.

It was then that I realized I had touched on something powerful.
